Platform Usage Guidelines

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the ransjitu platform — whether through the official website at ransjitu.pro or our mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These terms constitute a valid and binding agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and ransjitu ("Company", "we", or "Platform"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to cease using the platform immediately.

Ransjitu reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

To register and use the ransjitu platform, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• Aged 18 years and above on the date of registration.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• Not a person who has been prohibited or restricted from using online gambling services under local laws or court orders.
• Register only one account only per individual — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Providing truthful, accurate, and current information during the registration process.

Ransjitu reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time to verify the information you have provided. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in your account being temporarily suspended or permanently closed.

Each user is only permitted to have one active account at ransjitu at any one time. Holding more than one account — whether directly or through a third party — is a serious violation of these terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances frozen.

You are fully responsible for:

• Keep your account username and password confidential at all times.
• Ensuring no one else accesses your account without your authorization.
• Notify ransjitu immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization.
• Ensuring all personal information in your account is accurate and up to date.

Ransjitu shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

Ransjitu supports a wide range of deposit and withdrawal methods popular in Malaysia, including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, and local bank transfers. All financial transactions are processed using 256-bit SSL encryption to ensure the security of your funds.

Regarding deposits:

• The minimum deposit is RM10 per transaction.
• Deposited funds are typically credited to your account within less than 5 minutes after a successful transaction.
• Ransjitu does not charge any processing fees for deposits.
• You may only deposit funds using a payment method registered in your own name.

Regarding withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction.
• All withdrawal requests will be processed within 1 to 3 working days.
• Withdrawals will only be approved once the KYC verification process has been fully completed.
• Ransjitu reserves the right to conduct financial compliance checks (AML) before processing large withdrawal amounts.
• Your withdrawal method must match your original deposit method unless otherwise approved by the ransjitu team.

Ransjitu offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, and special promotional offers. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• Each bonus has wagering requirement (wagering requirement) that must be met before bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable cash.
• The standard wagering requirement is between 15x and 30x bonus value unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible members and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Ransjitu reserves the right to cancel any bonus if there is evidence of misuse or fraud.
• Only one welcome bonus is permitted per user, per IP address, and per device.
• Ransjitu reserves the right to withdraw or modify the terms of any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Players found exploiting promotions through unfair methods such as betting arbitrage, hedging, or similar techniques will forfeit all related bonuses and wins, and their accounts may be closed.

All games available on the ransjitu platform — including Live Casino, Slots, Fish Shooting Games, bingo, and others — operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or are managed by trained live dealers. The results of all games are final.

• Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing.
• Any technical disruption during gameplay will be handled in accordance with the relevant ransjitu policy.
• Ransjitu reserves the right to void any game rounds affected by technical errors or system failures.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ransjitu platform and may result in immediate account termination and legal action:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's identity.
• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to assist gameplay.
• Exploiting bugs, system vulnerabilities, or technical errors on the platform.
• Committing payment fraud, including the use of credit cards or bank accounts that do not belong to you.
• Transferring funds between accounts or colluding with other players to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location in order to access restricted services.
• Any form of money laundering conducted through the ransjitu platform.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your ransjitu account to another party.

All content on the ransjitu platform — including logos, designs, graphics, text, user interfaces, software, code, and other materials — is the exclusive property of ransjitu or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are not permitted to:

• Copying, distributing, modifying, or republishing any platform content without written permission from ransjitu.
• Using the name, logo, or brand of ransjitu for commercial purposes without official approval.
• Reverse-engineering or extracting the source code of any platform software.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ransjitu shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from the use of our platform, including:

• Financial losses resulting from game outcomes.
• Service disruptions due to system maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own negligence.
• Any content or information provided by third parties through the platform.

Ransjitu's maximum total liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount you have made in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

You may close your ransjitu account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, all outstanding wagering requirements and withdrawal conditions must be fulfilled first.

Ransjitu reserves the right to suspend or close your account without prior notice if:

• You have violated any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• We suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• You provided false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Your account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, ransjitu reserves the right to withhold any balance including unclaimed winnings while an investigation is conducted.

Ransjitu reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the official website ransjitu.pro.

We will endeavour to notify players of material changes via an on-platform notice or registered email. However, it is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest terms in effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the ransjitu platform. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations between both parties.

If resolution through negotiation is not reached within 30 days, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration under the applicable rules. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.
